OTAC has the experience to interpret your tank inspection results for multiple installations, evaluate the collective maintenance requirements, rate and prioritize your tanks with consideration to such variables as structural integrity, liability, aesthetic appeal and conformance to regulatory and industry standards. This allows the owner to more confidently prepare a yearly maintenance schedule and establish budgeting requests years in advance.
We can also assist in developing a Preventive Maintenance Program which, mostly carried out by the owner, will allow the identification and repair of any issues in their infancy before developing into major defects requiring high cost expenditure or the removal of the tank from service.
